Faculty members, currently-enrolled students, university staff, current members of the cooperative units, and long-term users are eligible to use our interlibrary loan service. You can place a request via our interlibrary loan system. Non-university patrons who request one or several materials should email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the requested items, and the advance payment shall be billed according to the quantity of the requests.
HOW TO MAKE A REQUEST VIA ILL SYSTEM?
For current members of the PKU, log on to our library portals website and log on with your number of library card. Click on "submit the request" link under "interlibrary loan" in the menu, and you can submit your orders by filling out the request forms.
For cooperative units and long-term users, log on to your registered account on the library portals website. Click on "submit the request" link under "interlibrary loan" in the menu, and you can submit your orders by filling out the request forms.
After the request was submitted, you can check the status of your items by logging on interlibrary loan system’s gateway.
Note: Provide as much information as possible about the items you need, so the Interlibrary Loan Department staff can locate and obtain them as soon as possible.
