Peking University Institutional Repository (PKU IR) is the infrastructure of Peking University academic research. It's an essential, open-access repository of research achievements from teachers, researchers and students of the Peking University.

Academic Achievements

1、Search

Support multiple retrieval functions. Users can retrieve all data in PKUIR and access full-text papers.

2、Scholars

Support browsing by department/unit, users can search by name, click to enter the detailed pages of scholars, and can view the summary of academic achievements and related statistical analysis of scholars.

3、Browse

Allow users to browse a list of academic achievements in specific ways, including by department/unit, publication date, author, title, or keywords.

Assist in scientific research management

Based on the PKUIR, the scientific research achievements (papers, patents, awards, adoption, selection) management subsystem is an important component of the Peking University scientific research management system. Taking scientific research services as the core and achievement management as the main line, it integrates with the project management subsystem services to establish a comprehensive platform that can efficiently collect, store, process, and utilize achievement information. This system integrates management, service, and decision-making, while being able to share resources with other information systems in PKU, forming a service system that covers all aspects of scientific research achievement management, integrates the statistical and analytical needs of relevant departments, and provides a service interface for end-user retrieval and full text download.

Supporting Discipline Construction

Based on the PKUIR and targeted data collection, the repository provide customized services for scholars.

Peking University Open Research Data Platform

The Peking University Open Research Data Platform is committed to providing comprehensive and standardized management services for research data, promoting the reuse, reproduction, citation and publication of them. The platform provides researchers with management, publishing and storage services of research data, while also encourages researchers to openly share their data. Additionally, it offers users services such as browsing, retrieving and downloading research data, in purpose of promoting the dissemination, reuse and standardized citation of such data. After registration, users can access open data and request for the utilization of restricted data available on the platform.

Peking University Journals Platform

The Peking University Journals Platform collects academic journals and continuous books in Chinese and English published by Peking University and its affiliated units. The platform provides users with integrated, smooth, and convenient one-stop service, giving support for digital publication of journals.
