Make an Appointment

1. Science Report Hall and Art Appreciation Hall

  • The booking party needs to fill in the application form, specifying the content, scale, form, participants, etc. of the activity, and send the scanned copy of the application form to the mailbox (hallreservelib.pku.edu.cn) after the department signs and seals it.

  • After the library confirm the availability of the site, the booking party shall take the printed application form to room 104 in the library to go through the procedures, and pay 50% of the site rent as the deposit. The remaining expenses shall be paid off before use (large activities need to be arranged with checks or cash).

  • If the reservation needs to be cancelled under special circumstances, 20% of the site rent will be deducted for cancellation one week before the agreed activity date, and 50% of the site rent will be deducted for cancellation within one week.

  • Acceptance time of booking application: 8:00-11:30, 13:00-17:00 (at least three days in advance) from Monday to Friday on working days.

  • The booking party can contact for rehearsal or equipment debugging in advance, and the free debugging time is within 30 minutes. The debugging is recommended to be limit to confirming whether computer is matched with the equipment.

  • Following activities are allowed to be held:

Academic conferences, reports and lectures for scientific communication and art appreciation.

Teaching practice and observation of relevant disciplines.

Working conferences of the university and its secondary units.

Competition activities organized by relevant institutions in the university.

Important activities approved by the university.

  • Please observe the following regulations while using the site:

Comply with national laws and regulations and relevant regulations of Peking University and the Library.

Do not bring your own lighting, audio, mixer, LED screen, simultaneous interpreting, rocker camera or other equipment. Bring neither banners, background boards (including outdoor boards and check-in boards) or other items (including stage construction, etc.).

The user's own articles (such as flower baskets) should be taken away or cleaned in time after use, and should not be left in the building.

In case of any damage to the facilities and equipment of the report hall caused by improper use of the event party, the event party (the unit with seal reserved for use) shall be responsible for repair and compensation, and shall compensate for the loss of site rent cost therefrom.

2. Exhibition Hall

  • The application unit shall submit an application at least two weeks in advance. Please fill in the application form and provide the exhibition plan, and email it to hallreservelib.pku.edu.cn.

  • The contents of the exhibition must conform to national laws, administrative regulations and school rules and regulations, being healthy and positive, and conformed to socialist core values.

  • After approval, please consciously abide by the Exhibition Space Management Regulations, maintain the exhibition order, and take care of indoor facilities.

  • Please refer to the relevant management regulations for specific exhibition arrangement, use during exhibition period and move out.
