Annual Reviews出版社在维护知识产权方面要求比较严格, 他们规定如果用户有系统的下载或是使用软件或自动下载工具进行下载,该段 IP 会被关闭,如果某个 IP 被关闭的次数达到3次, 在试用期内用户将不能通过该段IP进行访问。
